What Couples on a budget are spending on their wedding invitations

  • After much deliberation, I decided to shell out the extra cash for SayI.do's top tier service. All of my announcements and invitations will be sent electronically, and the website will keep track of the responses.
  • 10 packs of 5 for £5.99 on wedding invitations Amazon is a good deal.
  • I sent out 60 invitations, received 60 responses, had 60 people select songs, and affixed 120 return address stickers. Includes 74 sheets of stickers and envelopes. For just £130, you get the works! Vista print customization. I'm off to trace some invitations onto paper so I can assemble and mail them. xx
  • For the low, low price of £39, I was able to purchase a wedding invitation file from Etsy that contained wedding signs, rsvp cards, menu cards, and detail cards that all coordinated with one another. Next, I ordered everything I needed from Vista print, including envelopes, for £56.
  • Then, I spent £8 on vellum paper, used a seal I already had made of wax, and voila!
  • I paid £30 on my wedding invitations and ordered 70 more on Zazzle.
  • We put out $180, but I would have put out $200–$250 had I been in charge. To embellish them on my own, I spent around $60, and that included extra ribbon and other materials. I got 40
  • I wanted to keep the invitation budget to a minimum, so I printed off 50 save the dates I made on the free website canva, attached them to cards, and mailed them out. The whole thing cost me between £10 and $15, not including shipping for the invites I couldn't hand deliver. The actual invitations I sent digitally via WhatsApp and message to be more environmentally friendly (and free of charge) and I'm so glad I did as most people have rsvp'd within two days and I can virtually promise I'd have had to pursue otherwise!

Weddings at Rock Spring owned by Carolyn Berry who is an officiant as well. Affordable country weddings under 45 people.

city park on a lake in Alexandria Minnesota, $100. We just had our ceremony there but it was wicked inexpensive.

We're using the St. Francis Barracks is St. Augustine Fl. Non military is $2000 for the Cedar Room, kitchen, fireplace room, and courtyard, and it has a walk through museum that can be open free of charge. Military is $300. There is a bar that can used for an extra fee and a larger outdoor area that costs extra, but for a small ceremony it is great! It is only word of mouth as they don't advertise.

Nashville m paying about 800 for this place, but then again it’s a family friend she will rent it at 1200 when ready

I'm in small town iowa, and we're using one of our fairground buildings.. $450 fri-sun.. has all the tables and chairs included. Also a kitchen with appliances to use. Cash bar, open bar, or byob.. were responsible for setting up and taking down..

  • No ceremony so no bridesmaids or bouquets and very minimal decor since the hotel is so nice that it doesn't really need it.
  • I got my wedding dress at David's Bridal. The room rental at the hotel was only $500 and dinner will be an average of $50 per person
  • I bought some candles from big lots for $30 during their 20% off coupon days, and a few more small decorative items from Marshalls/HomeGoods.
  • I used to be a makeup artist so all I really need is a hairstylist for the day of.
  • Mygroom found his suit on sale at the outlets. They have really nice suits at the Hugo boss outlet that we loved, and he's military so his discount helped out a lot!

Crossing my fingers to lock in a venue tomorrow that is only $300 for 2p-12:30a timeslot in Ft. Worth, TX.  I stumbled across this venue in anther group on Facebook that was specifically tailored to "DFW Wedding Venues". I am a DIY queen so I already have a lot of my decor, just need to assemble. I plan to spend my bank on DJ and photographer. I'm looking to possibly have a college student do my photography. We are doing pasta for our food option and my friend is a chef so we are just paying for the food cost. He is gifting his services. I spent $1800 on my dress and accessories with my COVID check well over a year ago so I am not counting that toward my actual budget any longer.
